All roads leading to the cabin are fully paved with no steep inclines, which is genuinely rare in this market and something guests notice right away. *LOCATION* Downtown Blue Ridge: 15 minutes Downtown Blairsville: 15 minutes Vogel State Park: 20 minutes Amicalola Falls: 35 minutes Helen, GA: 40 minutes *BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING* Upper Master Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom, rainfall shower, double vanity, balcony access, dedicated workspace, 55" TV Upper Master Bedroom 2: King bed with en suite bathroom, shower, balcony access, 55" TV Lower Master Bedroom 3: King bed with en suite bathroom, shower, 55" TV Lower Bunk Bedroom 4: Four full-sized bunks with attached playroom for kids, 55" TV Three out of four bedrooms are full master suites with private bathrooms. Groups with multiple couples or families will immediately notice the difference. *BATHROOMS* Three full en suite bathrooms plus a half bath on the main level. Each suite has its own shower and Bedroom 1 features a double vanity. No sharing, no waiting. *ARRIVE TO A SNACK BASKET AND S'MORES KIT* A complimentary snack basket and everything you need to make s'mores at the fire pit are waiting when you arrive. Ground coffee is also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a group needs to cook together. Guests consistently say it is the most well-stocked cabin they have stayed in. *BARREL SAUNA* A genuine cedar barrel sauna on the lower deck. Perfect after a day hiking the mountains or exploring downtown Blue Ridge. Guests call it a highlight of every stay. *HOT TUB* On the lower deck, cleaned between every guest stay. This is where the group ends up every evening. *GAME ROOM* The downstairs game room has a 4-player TMNT arcade, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, board games, and card games, plus a 75" Smart TV with soundbar. Kids disappear in here. Adults do too. *FIRE PIT AND OUTDOOR SPACES* Two large decks with outdoor dining for 10, a propane grill, conversational seating, and a swing for two. The lower deck has the hot tub and barrel sauna. The fire pit below comes with a s'mores starter kit provided. Firewood is available for purchase nearby. *KITCHEN AND DINING* Fully equipped for a group: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, Keurig, pots and pans, plates, and utensils. Inside dining for 7 plus 2 at the bar. Outside dining table seats 10. *LIVING ROOM* Main living room with a 65" TV and fireplace. Washer and dryer available with detergent provided. *WHO STAYS HERE* Families who want mountain adventure without roughing it. Groups of couples where everyone wants their own suite and bathroom. Friends doing an annual Blue Ridge getaway. Anyone who has driven white-knuckle up a gravel mountain road before and is done with that.
